I was traveling this morning on my way to work along the southbound of EDSA (Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue).  The traffic was very heavy from Kamias flyover up to White Plains Avenue.  The flow of traffic was sooooooooooooooooo slow! It took me about an hour to traverse this segment of the highway, which is about four kilometers long only. I just assumed that this traffic was caused by an accident

What’s the cause of the traffic?  I didn’t see any.  But, I saw MMDA trucks parked along the highway loaded with apparently pink fences.

When I arrived at the office, an office mate asked me if I was also caught in the EDSA traffic.  She told me that a dump truck rammed into the pink fences of the loading/unloading bay at Gate 5 early in the morning.  And, the damaged fences were dismantled by the MMDA personnel.
