Last Thursday,some of the keys of my Toshiba lappy weren’t working again. I went to our I. T. group and requested to check them. After making some tests, I was just advised to bring it to the Toshiba service center. The keypad might already be defective and needed replacement. Anyway, my lappy’s already 5 or 6 years old already.

I didn't want to go to the service center. So, I told them that it happened before and I knew exactly what’s the problem – a loose or dirty connection. I instructed them to remove the keypad and check the connection.  They did as I told and the keys are perfectly working again. As simple as that!
