
Last Monday, I flew to Cagayan De Oro City in the northern part of the island of Mindanao, Philippines. The city had been experiencing bad weather for about two weeks causing floods to some areas of the city and neighboring towns. Flights to and from the city were cancelled. Luckily for me, the weather normalized a day before my arrival.
