2008 Top 10 Emerging Influential Blogs

It’s the second year Ms. Janette Toral searched for the Top 10 Emerging Influential Blogs. Last Monday, August 13, was the announcement and awarding night. And, the 2008 Top 10 Emerging Influential Blogs are:
