I have difficulty connecting with our BayanDSL at home for several days now. It’s been happening anytime of the day. And, if I able to connect, the connection is intermittent.
The sad thing was I lost a $5.50 opportunity. I already finished the task and about to submit it; but, the connection was erratic. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to post and submit the task until it expired. I just wasted some time and lost some money. I have a Smart Internet in my mobile phone and could have used it instead. However, I left my laptop and my Bluetooth device in my office.
I wish Bayan Telecommunications would and could improve its services. We, the customers, feel being shortchanged with its current poor services.
